SPRING CREWS GET AN EARLY START, SUMMER CREWS ON THE HORIZON!
This spring, 8 Crew Leaders on a peer-led crew braved the wet weather to complete four weeks of watershed and trail maintenance projects in Williston, Barre, and the Moosamaloo National Recreation Area.
After a week off, the crew will be joined by 27 additional Crew Leaders and will continue their training at the VYCC’s Richmond headquarters until summer Corps Members arrive for a seven-week session on June 22nd.
We are still accepting applications for 2012 summer Corps Members positions. In order to serve as many young adults as possible, we offer alternate positions with no formal obligations. If a position becomes available at any point this summer, alternates are contacted.
