Leadership Development Crews

This summer the VYCC is piloting a new type of crew – Leadership Development.  This crew will be smaller than typical VYCC crews and will run for eight weeks during the summer.  The crew experience is designed to empower Corps Members to discover their own leadership style and work to develop it with the crew.   This crew will also have the opportunity to work on more technical projects most of which will be trail work.  The VYCC is seeking both Corps Members and Crew Leaders for these crews so apply now!
